[UG AY2021/22 Sem 1] On-campus Final Examinations Timetable
To: All UG students, inbound exchange students
Please find attached on-campus final examination timetable for Semester 1, 2021/22 and the Examination Guideline for UG students. Please read them carefully before attending the examinations.
Measures and Policy Guidelines for handling COVID-19 cases
Apart from the examination guidelines, please also pay attention to the “Precautionary and Handling Measures for On-campus Face-to-face Examination” and “Policy Guidelines for Handling COVID-19 Cases at HSUHK” of CDMO carefully.
If in the unfortunate event that any student/staff was identified as a close contact, preliminarily tested positive or a confirmed case of COVID-19 before/ during/ after any session of examinations during the on-campus final examination period, disruption to the scheduled on-campus examinations may result and please stay alert to latest announcements from different units of the University in due course.
Individual student who cannot sit for an examination owing to mitigating reasons and wishes to apply for a make-up examination, s/he must submit REG Form 07 together with supporting documents to the Registry within 3 working days after the examination that s/he missed to attend (examination day inclusive).
The examination seating arrangements will be released in due course. It will be available at My HSUHK >Student Portal > Exam > Exam Schedule.
Declaration of Academic Honesty
Students are required to acknowledge, when they login to eCampus, the University’s regulations on academic honesty and the disciplinary actions applicable upon breaches of academic integrity in the Academic Regulations for Undergraduate Programmes, irrespective whether the examinations will take place on-campus or in any other formats, and declare that all submissions during the final examination period are solely done by the student without unauthorised aids or impersonation.
