University Title Statements (for graduates with HSMC certificates issued before 30 October 2018)
Approval was given by the Chief Executive in Council of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region for Hang Seng Management College (HSMC) to change its name to The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (HSUHK) on 30 October 2018.
1. University Title Statement (without personal particulars)
The Registry is pleased to provide a standard University Title Statement (without personal particulars) for graduates with HSMC certificates issued before 30 October 2018. A soft copy has been sent to graduates via email by Advancement and Alumni Affairs Office. Please apply here if you have not received one.
2. University Title Statement (with personal particulars)
Graduates with HSMC certificates issued before 30 October 2018 can apply for the University Title Statement (with personal particulars) (see Sample) with a fee of HK$100* per copy.
The Statement will be ready for collection at the Registry 10 working days after successful submission of application and online payment. You may also authorise a representative to collect the Statement by presenting a duly signed authorisation form (REG Form 19a / REG Form 19b), original/copy of your HKID and the HKID of the authorised representative.
