Requirements:
- Out of the five-required modules, a minimum of two must come from each of the following groups of modules:
(a) ENG1100, ENG3112, and ENG4326;
(b) GEN1017, GEN2011, GEN2032, GEN3005, ASI4005, PPE4004 and PPE4006
- No more than two modules should be taken from GEN1017, GEN2011, GEN2032, and GEN3005 in order to fulfill the requirements of this minor.
** Remarks:
BA-ENG students are exempted from requirement (1) above because they cannot take major modules of BA-ENG for minor study. |
Students are required to take five modules for this minor programme:
2 modules at Level 1 or 2 chosen from the list below:
- ENG1100 Introduction to Literature
- GEN1017 Introduction to Cultural Studies
- GEN2011 Plants and Civilization
- GEN2032 Environmental Tourism and Ecotourism
3 modules at Level 3 or Level 4 chosen from the list below:
- ENG3112 Romanticism
- ENG4326 Literature and Environment
- GEN3005 Urban Development and Evolution in Hong Kong
- ASI4005 Environmental Issues and Sustainability
- PPE4004 Sustainable Development
- PPE4006 Politics of Life
