According to the Academic Regulations for Undergraduate Programmes, students who wish to withdraw from a module must submit a module withdrawal application at least four weeks (or two weeks in the Summer Term) before the commencement of the examination period for that semester. For Summer Term, 2020/21, if you wish to withdraw from a module, please submit the application on or before 12 July 2021 (Monday).

Students shall submit the application for module withdrawal via eCampus (MyHSUHK > Form > Module Withdrawal). Please be reminded to read the Notes for Applicants carefully before you submit the application.

Module withdrawn will be assigned a grade “W” (to denote withdrawn from the module) which will be shown on the academic transcript of the student concerned and the grade will NOT be included in the calculation of cumulative GPA. No refund of tuition fees will be made for the withdrawn module(s) in any circumstances. Students are allowed to withdraw TWO modules at most during their course of study at HSUHK.
