To: all UG students, inbound exchange students

Please find the updated online final examination timetable for Semester 2, 2021/22 during the final examination period, i.e., 6-20 May 2022 and the Examination Guideline for UG students. Please read carefully before attending the examinations.

For modules adopting take-home examination/ assessment which will last for not less than one day or switching to 100% continuous assessments, the module teachers will inform you of the detailed arrangements in due course. Please follow the instructions carefully and submit the work by the stipulated deadline.

Measures and Policy Guidelines for handling COVID-19 cases

Apart from the examination guidelines, please stay alert to the latest announcements from different units of the University and also pay attention to the “Policy Guidelines for Handling COVID-19 Cases at HSUHK” of CDMO carefully.

A student who wishes to apply for a make-up examination owing to mitigating reasons, s/he must submit REG Form 07 together with the supporting documents to the Registry within 3 working days after the examination that s/he is unable to attend (examination day inclusive).

Declaration of Academic Honesty

Students are required to acknowledge, when they login to eCampus, the University’s regulations on academic honesty and the disciplinary actions applicable upon breaches of academic integrity in the Academic Regulations for Undergraduate Programmes, irrespective of the format of examinations, and declare that all submissions during the final examination period are solely done by the student without unauthorised aids or impersonation.
