Registration Procedure – JUPAS Code: JSSH04

Programme Name: Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Data Science and Business Intelligence

 

Collection of admission offers and Required Document Upload

HSUHK will notify students via email of collecting admission letter, debit notes, important notes, etc. and uploading the required documents to SSSDP Admission System starting from 16 August 2021 (Mon):

1. Download the admission offer letter, debit notes, important notes, etc.

2. Upload the following required documents:
– Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card or Hong Kong Identity Card with relevant visa permit (i.e. Proof of local student identity)
– HKDSE examination result slip(s)
– Language proficiency test result slip(s) (if any)

3. Settle the balance of tuition fee on or before the stipulated due date stated on the admission letter/debit notes and upload the payment receipt for record

 

Online New Student Registration – Applicable to admittees of ALL JUPAS rounds

Upon completion of the above, an email relating to Student Registration will be sent to all admittees directly. Students should follow the instructions in the email and complete the new student registration through online.

The University will stay vigilant to the pandemic situation. Please stay alert to the latest announcement of the Registry at all time.

 

Financial Assistance

Applications for the following student financial assistance schemes can be submitted to the Student Finance Office through online application system at: https://ess.wfsfaa.gov.hk/essprd/jsp/app/apps0101.jsp?language=zh_TW.

  1. Financial Assistance Scheme for Post-secondary Students (FASP)
  2. Non-means-tested Loan Scheme for Post-Secondary Students (NLSPS)

New students can apply for the FASP & NLSPS after fully settling the balance of tuition fee. The application deadline for new students is 30 September 2021.

Besides, HSUHK Bursary Schemes are also in place for students with proven financial needs.  Details of which will be announced by Student Affairs Office via HSUHK e-mail and e-Campus in September 2021.
