Designated Department/School Academic Advisors for Undergraduate Students (AAS) (AY2021/22)
To: All Undergraduate Students
Dear Undergraduate Students,
The University has appointed 15 Department/School-based Academic Advisors for Students (AAS) this year to advise undergraduate students on academic issues based on the prevailing policies and regulations, programme structure, module offerings and availability, as well as to provide individual guidance in relation to academic needs and performance of students. AAS will also serve as contact points between Departments/Schools and the Registry to provide academic advice to undergraduate students. The list of AAS for AY2021/22 is available here for your information.
Your Department/School AAS will explain and clarify the study plan of your major and minor programmes (if any), as well as suggest solutions to you, answer your queries and handle issues in relation to your studies. Please contact your Department/School AAS directly if you need their advice.
